Venom Hosting was founded by an IT Infrastructure professional with over 15 years of experience in datacenter and server management. Our founder is also an avid gamer just like you — so we know exactly what matters when you're trying to play with friends. We built this platform because we know what reliable hosting looks like from the inside, and we wanted to make that available to gamers at an affordable price.

Log in to your account and navigate to the Invoices section from your dashboard to view and download all invoices.

Go to Services in your dashboard, select the service you want to manage, and use the available options to upgrade or request a cancellation.

Our trials will never automatically take a payment. After 1 day, your trial will automatically convert to a monthly subscription and you will receive an invoice — however no payment will be taken without your action. You can choose to pay the invoice to keep your server running, or simply ignore it and let it expire. Your server will remain active for the full 48-hour trial period regardless.

Our monthly plans operate on a pay-as-you-go basis — there are no long-term contracts or automatic charges. Each month you will receive an invoice which must be paid to keep your server running. If an invoice is not paid your service will be suspended. You are in full control and can choose to stop at any time simply by not paying the next invoice.

Yes — all paid plans include a 7-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied within 7 days of your first payment, contact us and we will issue a full refund, no questions asked.

Yes! Most of our supported games allow full mod support. You can upload mods directly through the game panel file manager, or use the built-in mod installer where available.
