Terms of Service

Venom Hosting ("we", "us", "our") provides game server hosting services at venomhosting.co.uk. We are based in the United Kingdom and our servers are located within the European Union.

By creating an account or purchasing a service from us, you ("you", "the customer") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

You must provide accurate information when registering an account and keep your login details secure. You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account.

Each customer may hold one account only. Creating multiple or duplicate accounts — including using different email addresses, names, or payment details to appear as a separate customer — is not permitted.

Where offered, free trials are limited to one per customer, household, and payment method.

It is against these Terms to create duplicate or multiple accounts in order to claim more than one free trial, or to otherwise attempt to circumvent the one-trial-per-customer limit (for example, by using different email addresses, names, IP addresses, or payment details to obtain additional trials).

If we reasonably believe an account was created to abuse our trial offer, we may, without prior notice, suspend or terminate the trial service and any associated duplicate accounts, and may refuse future service to the customer.

You agree not to use our services to:

• Host, distribute, or transmit unlawful, infringing, or malicious content.
• Attack, disrupt, or gain unauthorised access to other systems or networks (e.g. DDoS, port scanning, exploitation).
• Circumvent resource limits, billing controls, or trial restrictions.
• Resell or sublicense the service without our prior written consent.
• Violate the terms of service of the game or software being hosted.

We may suspend or terminate any service found in breach of this section, without refund.

Services are billed in advance on a recurring basis (e.g. monthly) unless stated otherwise at checkout. It is your responsibility to ensure payment details are kept up to date.

If payment is not received by the due date, we may suspend the service. Services that remain unpaid may be terminated and associated data removed, in line with the suspension and termination periods shown in your account.

You may cancel a recurring service at any time from your account area; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated.

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed, except where required by UK consumer law. Free trial services are not eligible for a refund as no payment has been taken.

We aim to keep services online and performant at all times but do not guarantee 100% uptime. Scheduled maintenance, third-party network issues, or events outside our reasonable control (including hardware failure) may cause downtime. Current status can be checked on our status page.

You are responsible for maintaining your own backups of any world data, save files, or configuration you consider important. While we take reasonable measures to protect data, we do not guarantee against data loss and are not liable for it.

We may suspend or terminate a service where: payment is overdue, these Terms have been breached (including the trial abuse provisions in Section 3), or we reasonably suspect fraudulent or abusive activity.

Following termination, associated data may be permanently deleted after the retention period stated at checkout or in your account area.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Venom Hosting is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss (including loss of data, profits, or in-game progress) arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the 3 months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud, where such limitation is not permitted by law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised. Continued use of our services after any change constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
